Friday, February 14, 2025 Notification of proposal decisions emailed to the submitting author
Friday, February 28, 2025 Final Notification schedules emailed to the submitting author
Friday, February 28, 2025 Presenters must confirm conference attendance, upload headshot and bio in the speaker portal
Friday, March 28, 2025 Presenters must register for the conference and pay the registration fee by this deadline.
Monday, March 31, 2025 Final presentations in .pdf or .ppt must be uploaded to the speaker portal

 

Accepted Proposals
The submitting authors of accepted proposals were emailed notification of the scheduled presentation time and instructions were provided for uploading the presenter(s) headshot, bio and final presentation files. All presentation slides and poster files must be submitted by Monday, March 31, 2025.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:
Oral presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes total including Q&A within your assigned time, please plan accordingly. 

Panel Presentation Guidelines:
Panel Presentations are scheduled to include Q&A within your assigned session time, please plan accordingly. 

Poster Presentation Guidelines:
Poster presenters should upload an image of your poster in pdf format in the speaker portal. This will allow reviewers and attendees to view your poster on the conference mobile event app for poster session voting in addition to viewing it in person at the conference. Presenters MUST PRINT their posters in advance and be prepared to affix the poster to the display board.  Pushpins will be provided. Poster presentation space is limited to the dimensions of 72” wide x 36” tall (182 cm x 91 cm). All posters will be displayed in the Marriott St. Louis Grand Landmark Foyer.

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be published in the HCSRN 2025 materials and as an open access online supplement . Authors consent to abstract publication in conference materials and as an open-access online supplement entitled Journal of Patient-Centered Research and Reviews.

Copyright

By submitting an abstract, authors and co-authors transfer any copyrights and grant permission to HCSRN 2025 and agree that the submitted abstract can be published in the conference materials and shared broadly. Abstracts will not be published or made public until one week prior to the start of the conference.

Disclaimer: Please be advised that abstracts accepted for oral, panel, or poster presentation at the HCSRN meeting will be published in the Journal of Patient-Centered Research and Reviews. Some journals/conferences may have stipulations that you cannot submit the same abstracts (title, authors and order, all content the same) that were submitted/accepted/published elsewhere (i.e. the HCSRN meeting and Journal of Patient-Centered Research and Reviews). For the HCSRN conference, you can submit findings that have been submitted/accepted/published elsewhere.
