Registration
Early Bird: December 18, 2023 - February 29, 2024
Standard: March 1, 2024 - March 18, 2024
Late: March 19, 2024 through onsite in Milwaukee

Accommodations
Reservations can be made at the HCSRN group rate until March 13 or until the group block is sold out; whichever occurs first.

Ancillary Meetings
March 1: Submission Site Closes

Presenters
March 8: Presenter Registration Due
March 25: Presenter Slides Due

Awards
February 1 - March 1: Applications are open
March 2 - March 7: Judging
March 8: Notifications sent to all applicants
